Terms of Service

1. Ownership of Your Content

You own all content you upload. Uploading a file to CHAMBER does not transfer your copyright or ownership of that work to HRDRV in any way.

2. License to Pitch Your Work

By uploading content, you grant CHAMBER a non-exclusive, worldwide license to shop, present, and pitch your work to sync opportunities (film, television, advertising, gaming, and other licensing opportunities) on your behalf. This license exists solely to allow us to promote your work for placement. It does not permit us to sell, distribute, or exploit your work outside of these pitching activities.

3. Your Certifications

• You certify that you own the copyright to everything you upload.
• You certify that you have all rights necessary to upload and submit that content for sync consideration, including rights to any samples, stems, co-writes, or third-party material it contains.
• You agree not to upload copyrighted material you do not own or do not have the right to submit.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not upload material that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party, or that you are not authorized to distribute. Uploading material you do not own is grounds for immediate removal of your access and deletion of the material.

5. Access

CHAMBER is a private hub for HRDRV's invited producer roster. We may remove a member's access at any time. If your access is removed, files you uploaded may be retained as needed to honor placements, licensing, and these Terms.
