• The files you upload, stored securely and shown only to authorized collaborators on the hub.
• Activity data such as uploads, downloads, and comments, used to power the hub's activity feed and download history.

2. How Your Files Are Protected

Files you upload are stored securely and only shown to authorized collaborators. Downloads are delivered through short-lived, expiring links rather than public addresses, and your files are never listed publicly.

3. Sharing

We don't share your data with third parties except as necessary to pitch your work — for example, presenting your tracks to a sync opportunity or music supervisor on your behalf — or where required by law.

4. Data Retention

Your account information and uploaded files are retained for as long as your producer relationship with HRDRV is active and as needed for licensing and placement history. You may request deletion of your files or account at any time by contacting us; we will remove them unless retention is required to honor an active placement or legal obligation.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and authentication-protected storage. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your material safe.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the data associated with your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the retention limits above.
